Use our maths skills audit (primary) to identify your staff's training needs. 

Offer CPD to secure high-quality teaching

Help your staff to provide high-quality, inclusive teaching to all pupils by making sure they have time for CPD. Allow your staff time to:

• Digest and embed guidance for the teaching of maths into their practice – for example, the EEF’s guides to improving maths in the Early Years and Key Stage 1 and in Key Stages 2 and 3
• Access maths hub support and resources – find your maths hub here
• Take part in training (such as the Teaching for Mastery programme)
• Access free online CPD videos, such as these resources from the Association of Teachers of Mathematics
