Setting this policy
We’ve created this policy so you can adapt it to reflect how you manage attendance in your trust. For example, your schools may be responsible for the day-to-day management of attendance (e.g. following up absence), but your trust may set a trust-wide approach to promoting attendance. We’ve outlined the areas you’ll need to adapt depending on how you delegate responsibility in your trust.
