The requirements this policy helps you meet and how to use it

The Public Sector Equality Duty (PSED) requires schools to:

  1. Publish information to demonstrate how they're complying with the PSED – you must update this published information at least every year 
  2. Prepare and publish equality objectives – you must update these objectives at least once every 4 years

Setting this policy won't meet the requirements under the PSED, but will help you set out exactly what information you and your schools will
