Emma Barber from St Philip Howard Catholic School and Nick Brown from The Academy Selsey, both secondary academies in West Sussex, developed a new way of collecting information to help them support pupils transitioning to their schools.
They've now been working for 5 years on this project, which aims to improve the quality of the pupil information that they get from their feeder schools, and to simplify the process of gathering it.
